Repeat Course Policy

If a student completes a class with a C or lower, they may retake the class one time to improve their grade. The student must buy the required book for any repeat class.

If a student is a graduate, they may refresh any classes they previously took as part of the enrollment. There will not be any tuition charge for the course. The student will be required to pay for any books.

If allied health students do not begin their externships or practicums within six months of completion of their capstone classes (Dental Seminar, Clinical Procedures II, Medical Coding III, or Substance Abuse – Community Mental Health) they must repeat the class at a cost of $100 plus books.  If it has been more than five years since the student was enrolled, additional coursework may be required before the externship or practicum can be completed.
